XIII INTERNATIONAL SHOW OF FANCY AND CREATIVE WORK “MASTERS’ GOLDEN HANDS”
XI INTERNATIONALDOLLS AND TEDDIESSHOW “FASHION DOLL”
April 15–17, 2016 International show of fancy and creative work “Masters’ golden hands” and International dolls and Teddies show “Fashion doll” were traditionally held in the International
Exhibition Center of Kiev. Again the organizers have brought together all those who care about the needlework and creative hobby.
48 companies and shops, 153 Ukrainian and foreign masters, painters and designers, working in different areas of crafts, including Belgium, Germany, Poland, Latvia, Russia and Belarus, as well as 180 masters of puppetry presenting a magnificent exposition of copyright, collection, boudoir, hinged, textile, amulet and many other dolls, as well as a variety of soft toys, Teddy bears and their friends took part in the exhibition,
In April exhibition 49 new participants presented their products and works.
Visitors statistics:
According to the results of April exhibition, we were visited by:
10950 thousand of people.
75% of them – female, 25% male;
65% citizens of Kiev and its region, 30% of other regions of Ukraine, 5% of foreign visitors;
80% of private individuals and 20% of representatives of trade organizations and companies.
The exhibition consisted of the traditional sections, and new show “Embroidery. Framing. Interior” was presented:
• the section of goods for needlework and creativity was presented by 40 participants;
• the pioneers of the new section “Embroidery. Framing. Interior” were 9 participants, including Framing Workshop” Artinform “(Kiev);
• 8 artists and creative associations took part in the festival of patchwork (sewing pieces);
• more than 10 participants presented their creations at the knitting festival “Knitted with love”;
• festival of felting (fulling of wool) united 32 representatives of this trend;
• 123 master other areas of handmade art, including the manufacture of copyright jewellery, beadwork, production of souvenirs and many other things;
• and of course, 180 participants of the show “Fashion doll”, dedicated to the copyright dolls and toys.
During the exhibition training seminars for masters of fancy and creative work were held:
• seminar on “How increase the Handmade sale with the help of the website and social nets”, speaker Svetlana Prokhorovskaya;
• presentation of the seminars “Realize the world through yourself” and “Healing paintings from phyto canvas”, reporter Yana Rybachenko;
• business Seminar of the International Club of needlework “THREE D”, speaker Helen Orth;
On the main stage of the exhibition shows of fashion clothes and decorations were held.
In the exhibition hall final rounds and awarding winners of needlework were held:
• сompetition of knitting and felting “Contest of one dress”.
Winner: Yana Luzanovskaya, Poltava.
• patchwork contest “Contest of one pillow.”
The winners: 1st place – Nina Yanchukovskaya, Kiev, 2nd place – Elena Tatarinova, Dnepropetrovsk, 3rd place – Galina Boshko, KyivLviv, Grand Prix Maria Makarevich, Kiev.
