On May 17-20, 2012 ‘Fashion Magazine’-‘Fashion Handwork’ was co-organizer of International Festival ‘ArtBiser’ as a part of the exhibition ‘World of Hobby’ (Moscow).
There were presented:
- works of the finalists of the ‘Placers of Beads’, International contest of designers;
- exhibit of works ‘The Best Works of Masters of Kazakhstan’ (Alma-Ata);
- works of International designers association ‘Art Beads’: famous Russian and foreign designers, winners of different international contests;
- art studio ‘Ankars’ (Moscow) exhibit;
- exhibition and fair of design works;
- exhibition and fair of beading materials, jewellery.
There were awarded the winners of the contest ‘Placers of Beads’. Its organizer was our magazine ‘Fashion Magazine’-‘Fashion Handwork’. The theme of the contest was ‘Alexander Pushkin’(Alexander Pushkin was a Russian author of the Romantic era who is considered by many to be the greatest Russian poet and the founder of modern Russian literature).

Nomination ‘Beads’ 1st place – Ekaterina Vikhareva, Moscow 2nd place – Oksana Petriv, Lvov 3rd place- Nadezhda Gerber, Dusseldorf
Nomination ‘Mixed Materials’ 1st place - Nadezhda Gerber, Dusseldorf 2nd place – Ludmila Gubinova, Kharkov 3rd place – Caiana Tiss, Orenburg
A special prize for art-object, showing the theme of the contest, was given to Elena Kuzmichenko (Moscow).
All visitors can heard different poems of Alexander Pushkin, during the awarding.
Internet shop ‘Nine Keys’(Tula, Russia) provided gifts for the winners. Besides Irina Chikineva (Grand Prix of the contest), Ekaterina Vikhareva (1st place of the contest, nomination ‘Beads’), Nadezhda Gerber (1st place of the contest in nomination ‘Mixed Materials’) were awarded by free participation in the exhibition ‘Masters’ Golden Hands’, which will be held in October 12-14, 2012.
